You will pay on Stripe and come straight back. There is no card form anywhere in ShowdenLive. The State Rulebook and the Gap Report stay free whether you buy or not.

What we do not do

We do not file anything with a state on your behalf. A Renewal Kit is the current official form, pre-filled from what we hold, with the fee and the submission address. You sign it and you send it.

We do not claim to make your agency compliant. We hold the dates, we tell you before they pass, and we produce the binder a surveyor asks for. The judgement stays yours.

We do not price by pressure. There is no discount for hesitating, no second price, no countdown. A price that moves when you wait is a price we do not believe in.

We do not lock the door on the way out. Settings has one button, export and close: a ZIP of every document and a CSV of every credential, emailed within minutes, and a plain note of what we deleted.
